Teen Pregnancy Rates are Steadily Dropping, but Births to Older Youth Remain High

With students flooding back to colleges and universities around the state this week, we are reminded that although the rate of teen pregnancy is steadily falling, the teen birth rate among 18-19-year-olds remain high. A reporter from WIS TV, based in Columbia, ventured over to the SC Campaign office to interview Director of Research and Evaluation Shannon Flynn on this issue.
