Abraham, now 21, got pregnant at the age of 16. The MTV reality shows “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom” put cameras inside her home and showcased the difficulties she faced during and after her pregnancy — the sudden death of her baby's father, a strained relationship with her mother, financial hardships.

With her daughter, Sophia, now 3 years old, single mother Abraham travels the country and tells teens what “they should really be focused on.”“I want people to see (how) my relationships have changed and how I have changed,” she said in an interview. “It's very important that teens take away from my story all of the wrong things I've done and all of the mistakes I made.”

During her speech, Abraham discussed birth control, peer pressure, her struggles as a teen mom, how much the experience changed her life, and the importance of understanding the truth about sex.
