Join this webinar to learn about the importance of recruitment processes to the success of youth programs. Hear from national experts and local leaders on a multitude of factors to consider when engaging out-of-school youth, such as cultural competence and how to retain youth. Differences between recruiting in-school versus out-of-school youth will be discussed, as well as the unique challenges experienced by rural areas.
