Polly works with all Community Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (funded to each county through DSS), Medicaid Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Services (funded through HHS), mini grant applications, adolescent health care facilities, Safer Choices initiatives in local high schools, peer norm campaigns and Teen Outreach Program.

Chris works with programs selected by the SC Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy in collaboration with the Center of Disease Control to work specifically in the Getting to Outcomes program model to prevent teen pregnancy.
